We are excited to announce the next phase in the development of the ACE review process. We have listened to your feedback, gathered information from the engagement survey and aligned with the Anuvu brand.
Firstly, we are pleased to share that we have streamlined the process and created an app, where you will be able to capture the outcome of your ACE discussions electronically. No longer will we use a paper required format.
Access the app via OKTA, click on PS Connect and go to the ‘others’ tab.
This means that all your Ace reviews will be securely stored in one place. Moving forward, you will be able to see past reviews and plan for the next cycle quickly and easily. Best of all, you will have access to new team members reviews as soon as you become their line manager across company systems.
Secondly, we received overwhelming feedback from employees that they want more learning and development opportunities. We heard them and launched the Anuvu Academy. However, learning & development comes in many forms, so we have incorporated a section in the review where you can create a personal development plan for your employees. Creating individual development plans is a great way to engage employees and support them in their career at Anuvu.
Last but not least, we have aligned the behavioral competencies with the Anuvu values. As you discuss an individual’s performance, this should be with reference to the company values and our brand promise – Advanced, Agile and Applied. These are still under the familiar headings:
Detailed guidance on how to use the app is provided in a 10 minute instructional video for managers – Anuvu ACE App Training that can be accessed via Anuvu Academy (search: ACE App).
Please review the training and familiarize yourself with the app before completing your teams Q1 2022 reviews (due by May 15, 2022). As an alternative we will be offering live webinars that will cover both the new ACE 2022 format as well as an overview of ACE (the why, when, how). We strongly recommend all managers who are new to ACE to attend. Dates will be provided in the very near future.
