Favorite holiday or celebration: Independence Day, because of its importance in my country’s history, and also because many years ago it snowed in Buenos Aires on July 9th. I was still a child then and it was magical—so much fun and totally unexpected. It hasn’t happened again since; in my 28 years of life, I’ve never seen snow again
Favorite quote: “Metele que son Pasteles” It’s a way to say “Let’s wrap this up!” but I find It funny, never really understood why it says “Pasteles” that is something like “Cupcakes” in English, and “Metele” would be “Hurry Up”.
Favorite movie: Shutter Island. It was one of the first thrillers I ever saw, and I loved it. Ever since then, I’ve really enjoyed watching those kinds of movies. I especially loved the plot—and that final plot twist! and of course I love DiCaprio as an actor, for me he is the best.
What moves you?
Professionally: My ambition is to be an excellent professional, improving daily, learning new skills and understanding the business and its complexity.
Personally: Enjoy my free time with my girlfriend, my dog, family and friends. Most of all, to be honest, what drives me is my girlfriend. I love her and I love the life that we are building together.
Work life
What do you do at Anuvu? My core responsibilities are in the Anuvu accountancy department; training, coordinating and guiding the team to operational excellence covering our US and UK businesses units.
How does your job solve problems for our internal or external customers? A big part of my job, and the part that I enjoy the most, is to train, guide and coordinate the team. I help with special requests and conduct reviews and reports; attention to detail is key to ensuring there are no mistakes, duplicates, or errors in our processes.
