As I said on today’s All Hands Call, we strive at Anuvu to take care of our employees both professionally and personally.
This year has clearly stretched our agility, forcing us to balance work, family, friends, and our physical and mental well-being. We are excited to announce that once again, for the upcoming 2023 holidays, we’re giving the “gift of time” to our team members.
Across the business, we’re going to grant employees paid time off beyond our standard holidays.
- For most of the business, you’ll get paid time off December 25 through December 29, 2023 — this is inclusive of public holidays such as Christmas Day
- For certain teams that can’t shut down during the final week of the year, your managers will work with you to provide an equivalent and alternative period in December or January, so you get a similar benefit as everyone else
To be clear, during this time away, you’ll be paid at your normal rate of pay and won’t be charged for vacation time. We wanted to get this announcement out following today’s All Hands Call so our managers can plan staffing and coverage for mission critical functions.
We appreciate each and every one of you, and the value you bring to Anuvu. We recognize how hard you’ve worked this year. We hope these additional days off provide time to relax and unwind as we prepare for 2024.
