Favorite holiday or celebration: My favorite holiday is New Year’s Eve because we had a tradition of traveling to different places with my family — my dad, my mom, and my brother. It was always a special time to be together and celebrate, especially since my brother lives in another city and it’s not always easy for all of us to be in the same place at the same time.

Favorite movie: One of my favorite movies is La Vida es Bella (Life Is Beautiful) Although it is a sad movie, it shows that we cannot always control what happens to us, but we can choose how we face it — and that choice can protect, inspire, and give hope. Even in the worst circumstances, love and attitude can change the way we experience reality.

Professionally: I’m driven by continuous improvement and the opportunity to make processes more efficient and people-focused. Contributing to a supportive workplace while helping the business operate effectively
Personally: Personally, what moves me is spending real quality time with the people I love — being with friends and family, enjoying our traditional Sunday asado together, traveling, and discovering new places and cultures. Those moments keep me grounded, inspired, and grateful.

What do you do at Anuvu? A little bit of everything! I’ll be doing recruitment, PS operational work and supporting managers as needed.
How does your job solve problems for our internal or external customers? In People Services (HR), I solve problems by providing clear processes, timely support, and fair solutions for employees. By quickly addressing issues related to contracts, policies, everything related to PS.
